Account & billing
Your sign-in, your preferences, and — for owners — your plan.
Signing in
Sign in at the login page with your email and password. New owners create an account (which also creates your business); team members join through an invite link.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password?and enter your email. We'll send a reset link — open it, choose a new password (12+ characters), and sign in. Resetting your password signs out your other devices for safety.
Verifying your email
After signing up, click the verification link we email you. It confirms your address and drops you straight into the app.
Notifications
Daypart keeps an in-app notification feed (the bell) and can email you for the important events — published schedules, swap and time-off decisions, and newly posted open shifts. Turn individual emails on or off in Settings → Notification preferences.
Light & dark mode
Use the sun/moon toggle in the top corner of any page. Your choice is remembered across the marketing site and the app, and follows your device's setting until you pick one.
Plans & limits
- Free — $0. 1 location, up to 5 team members. Schedule builder, open shifts, availability, roles, and notifications.
- Team — $20/mo. 3 locations, up to 25 members. Adds shift swaps, time-off approvals with history, multiple managers, role colors, and the day-level events row.
- Business — $40/mo. 10 locations, up to 75 members. Adds CSV / payroll exports.
Upgrading & managing your subscription
Owners manage the plan under Billing. Upgrading opens a secure checkout; once you're subscribed, the same page links to a portal where you can change or cancel your plan and update payment details. Billing is owner-only.
